Abstract: The talk will summarize the experiences we have collected in the last years completing industrial projects connected to optimization. We shall report innovations and improvements achieved in such distant fields as cutting stock, ticket system advantages for public transportation, public light unit design, packing buckets of printing ink on Euro palettes, and airplane wall design using composite materials.
